Congratulations to Our New Registered Manager – Collette Morris

We are delighted to announce that Collette Morris has successfully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as our Registered Manager.

Collette first joined Care & Carers in December 2023 as our Office Manager, bringing with her a strong background in Health & Safety and HR. While she started out in the office, it wasn’t long before she discovered her passion for care. Rolling up her sleeves, Collette got directly involved in supporting our clients, and soon realised that care was where her heart truly is.

Her dedication and drive quickly saw her progress to become our Deputy Registered Manager. Now, after successfully completing the registration process, we are proud to celebrate her appointment as our new Registered Manager.

Collette’s journey is a wonderful example of how rewarding and meaningful a career in care can be. We are grateful for her commitment, compassion, and leadership and we’re excited to see the positive impact she will continue to make on the lives of our clients.
