Our Team

I have dedicated many years to working in health and social care, a field I believe is one of humanity’s greatest challenges. Meeting its complexities requires compassionate, dependable people, innovative approaches, and the thoughtful use of technology. Throughout my career, I have focused on uniting the right people and applying creative solutions to improve outcomes. I champion the role of technology as a powerful enabler for better support, efficiency, and dignity in people’s lives, while also advocating for safe practices and the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals at every stage of care.

I worked for the NHS for many years before moving into domiciliary care and have been with Care and Carers since 2021. I started as a Carer and have held several roles within the office including HR, Care Coordinator and Service Manager. Each role has given me opportunities to grow and expand my knowledge. I am passionate about making a difference through high quality care, and I particularly champion safeguarding. I am also passionate about supporting my colleagues and their wellbeing, including being the Cancer in the Workplace Champion.

I’m a mum of three and joined Care & Carers a year ago as a Community Carer. I absolutely love my job and really enjoy making a difference to our clients’ days, whether that’s through providing care and support or simply putting a smile on someone’s face. In July, I took on a new opportunity within Care & Carers and joined the office team as maternity cover in an Administrator role. I’m really enjoying learning a different side of the company, developing new skills and continuing to support both our clients and carers.

I joined Care and Carers in November 2025, bringing with me a strong background in early learning and childcare, which has shaped my passion for providing high-quality care and meaningful support to individuals and families. I am patient, caring, and creative, with a bubbly personality, and I always bring a calm and organised approach to my work. I enjoy helping people feel supported and welcome, and I am proud to be part of an organisation that is committed to making a genuine and positive difference in people’s lives. In my role, I am passionate about supporting both colleagues and those we care for by helping to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently. I believe that compassion, consistency, and clear communication are at the heart of quality care, and I take pride in contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel valued, respected, and listened to. Being part of a team that shares these values is something I truly value, and I am proud to support the important work Care and Carers does every day.

I joined Care & Carers in July 2021. I am passionate about caring and helping people. This is so rewarding with the awesome clients we have. Care & Carers made me feel like part of the family. We have a great team, and the management support is excellent.

I live in Aylesbury with my wife and our two teenage daughters. As a family, we also run our own dog training school in Aylesbury, which keeps us busy! Alongside my work in care, I am also a Utility Warehouse Partner, helping people find ways to save money on their household utility bills.
