I have dedicated many years to working in health and social care, a field I believe is one of humanity’s greatest challenges. Meeting its complexities requires compassionate, dependable people, innovative approaches, and the thoughtful use of technology. Throughout my career, I have focused on uniting the right people and applying creative solutions to improve outcomes. I champion the role of technology as a powerful enabler for better support, efficiency, and dignity in people’s lives, while also advocating for safe practices and the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals at every stage of care.

I joined Care & Carers in January 2024, bringing with me a background in HR, Recruitment, and Health & Safety. Since then, the supportive team has made my journey truly transformative. I am passionate about fostering innovation, diversity, and inclusivity, and I believe that embracing diversity drives meaningful change. I also champion safe medication practices in home care, alongside my commitment to high-quality, compassionate support. Every interaction with our clients is a privilege, reminding me of the profound difference we can make in their lives.

I worked for the NHS for many years before moving into domiciliary care and have been with Care and Carers since 2021. I started as a Carer and have held several roles within the office including HR, Care Coordinator and Service Manager. Each role has given me opportunities to grow and expand my knowledge. I am passionate about making a difference through high quality care, and I particularly champion safeguarding. I am also passionate about supporting my colleagues and their wellbeing, including being the Cancer in the Workplace Champion.

I’m the Care Coordinator here at Care and Carers. I have over 10 years’ experience in the care sector, having worked in a range of roles including carer, administrator, recruitment, and training. This broad experience allows me to support people and their families with clear, person-centred care plans, ensuring everyone feels listened to, respected, and supported. I am currently working towards a degree in Health and Social Care, which continues to strengthen my knowledge and commitment to delivering high quality care. I am always happy to help, whether that is answering questions, supporting day to day routines, or guiding families through the care planning process. Working closely with people and their loved ones gives me the opportunity to make a real difference, and being part of their care journey fills me with pride every day.

I joined Care and Carers in November 2025, bringing with me a strong background in early learning and childcare, which has shaped my passion for providing high-quality care and meaningful support to individuals and families. I am patient, caring, and creative, with a bubbly personality, and I always bring a calm and organised approach to my work. I enjoy helping people feel supported and welcome, and I am proud to be part of an organisation that is committed to making a genuine and positive difference in people’s lives. In my role, I am passionate about supporting both colleagues and those we care for by helping to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently. I believe that compassion, consistency, and clear communication are at the heart of quality care, and I take pride in contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel valued, respected, and listened to. I joined Care and Carers in December 2025, bringing with me a strong background in HR and recruitment. Prior to this, I spent a decade in the British Army as an HR specialist, and the experiences I gained during my time in the military played a huge part in shaping who I am today and my passion for people. I truly believe that it’s the people within an organisation who sit in the driving seat of what makes it a great one. My passion lies in supporting and guiding people throughout their careers, helping them feel happy, valued, and confident in their roles. Whether it’s through development, coaching, or simply listening, I love being part of an organisation that invests in its people. Although I’m new to the health and social care sector, I’m committed to championing Care and Carers’ values and helping create a workplace where our team can thrive. Being part of an organisation that makes such a positive difference in people’s lives is something I’m very proud of.

I'm one of the Community Leads. I joined Care & Carers in June 2020 as a carer. It was during Covid-19 pandemic. I was awarded carer of the year 2021. I have a lovely husband, 4 children and many grandchildren. I love traveling and meeting new people. My life changed when I started to work for care & carers. I love my work and I feel I have finally found what I was born to be ,to care for others. I love going home knowing I have made a difference to someone else's life. It's the best feeling ever. I have many years of experience in both care homes and home care. I am a friendly and warm person who enjoys building trusting relationships and making sure people feel respected and valued. I came from Poland in 2008. I have two beautiful children, and I love spending time with my family and our sweet cockapoo Bella. I have been a proud NHS worker since 2010, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to now also be a part of such an amazing team of carers. I am a hardworking, enthusiastic individual with a caring and nurturing personality. I have strong communication skills, I am bilingual and I have a Diploma in public service interpreting. I love food, fitness and being out in the sun.
