Role: To provide personalised in-home care and support to older adults and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Schedule:

The business operates from 7am - 10pm Monday - Sunday. Working pattern to accomodate your availability.

Responsibilities:

• Offer care and support for daily living tasks and provide companionship
• Administer medication, assist with personal care, and help with preparing for daily activities
• Identify and respond to any potential abuse or harm
• Follow policies and procedures as outlined during induction
• Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in providing care to older adults or individuals with disabilities or a willingness to learn
• Strong commitment to promoting independence and enhancing quality of life
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to preventing and addressing any potential abuse or harm.
