The Winner of Digital Innovation Award 2019 in Buckinghamshire!

    Since December 2017 we've been building our own platform which is unique and innovative in many ways!
    The platform has enabled us to reduce the inherent risks in home care service delivery, smart up our recruitment process and make assessment of needs a real time process! 

    After rigorous testing we launched our platform in February 2019 and are proud to say we've since processed over 100 care workers applications and are managing our clients care and support on daily basis.
    We've also incorporated invoicing and carers timesheet as an automated process within our system reducing the need to have a large backup office and also the risk of error in calculating care costs to our clients! No matter where the families of our clients are in the world they can get an alert that our carers are on their way, have started or ended their shifts (provided they've access to internet).
    They can also read daily reports, contribute towards care plan and rate our carers after each single shift ensuring consistency in the quality of care! We've just started our journey! Our vision is to make Care & Carers a home and community for care workers and be a trusted home care provider for those who need care and support!
